Terms and Conditions
- Anyone who finds a Cork on the Ocean ‘message in a bottle’ is eligible to participate in this promotion.
- In order to claim a book or bookmark, promotion participants must complete the entry requirements as outlined in the Message in a Bottle section of this site.
- All books and bookmarks will be sent to the delivery address provided by the promotion participant. The address provided by the participant must be a New Zealand address. Primordi accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of books or bookmarks once posted.
- In the unlikely event that Cork on the Ocean books or bookmarks can no longer be supplied, Primordi may substitute another item of equal value.
- As a condition of entry all book winners acknowledge that Primordi has the right to publicize his/her name, and other material relevant to the participants win on this website and other media.
- As a condition of entry, any personal information provided by the participant will be stored and used in accordance with Primordi’s Privacy Policy.
- Books and book marks may not be redeemed for cash, exchanged or transferred
- This promotion closes 31 December 2006. Any winning entries received after this date may or may not be honoured at the discretion of Primordi Ltd
- Additions or deletions to these rules are subject to the discretion of Primordi Ltd and may be enacted at any time.
